ISO VPN Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ISO VPN service, website, or client software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

ISO VPN provides an encrypted WireGuard transit tunnel to protect your personal privacy and security. You agree not to use ISO VPN for:

• Transmitting malicious software, botnets, or carrying out denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Unauthorized intrusion into computer systems or data networks
• Engaging in illegal distribution of harmful material or financial fraud

3. Subscription & Billing

During Phase 1, subscriptions (Student, Premium, Family) are evaluated in sandbox and staging mode. Once live international payments are activated, subscriptions will renew on a month-to-month or annual basis with full cancellation rights.

4. Availability & Exit Locations

Server availability fluctuates according to maintenance and international routing health. Planned nodes, including Somalia, are activated only after rigorous verification.
